Q: Help, I can’t find my code!
A: Make sure you’ve checked your junk/spam folder. If you’re using Gmail, it could also be hiding in your ‘promotions’ tab. Look out for an email from Becca + Jess – that’s us!

Q: My code’s not working!
A: Make sure you’ve copied the whole code, including the ‘welcome’ at the beginning. Also be sure to checkout using the email address you signed up with. Globetrotters, your code is only valid for the region you signed up from. For example, if you’ve signed up via the UK website, your code will only work for the UK website.Â
