Parents package

We support our people through every stage of life, including becoming parents. Our enhanced and inclusive parental package offers 16 weeks of full pay plus a return to work bonus for the primary parent and 6 weeks of full pay for secondary parents, with an extra 4 weeks of full pay if sharing parental leave.

You can't work at Mustard and not own a locker! When you join the team, we'll shout you a locker of your choice. Plus, you'll receive a generous discount on all Mustard products and mates rates discounts from some of our favourite brands.

Work from anywhere

Employees can work remotely from anywhere in the world (literally!) for up to two weeks per year, giving them the freedom to balance work and adventure.
