Our official website always ends in mustardmade.com. If a website address ends in anything else, please don’t enter your personal or payment details.

Unfortunately, fake websites sometimes pop up pretending to be Mustard. They can look convincing, using our name, colours, photographs, products and even parts of our story. They may also advertise very large discounts that you won’t find on our genuine website.
These websites aren’t run by Mustard or any of our approved stockists. Some may be designed to collect customers’ card details and personal information.

Where to shop safely

The safest way to shop Mustard is through our official website, mustardmade.com, or one of our trusted stockists.

Our regional websites may have a country name at the beginning, such as us.mustardmade.com, but the address will always end in mustardmade.com.

You can find our official social accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest at @mustardmade, and TikTok at @mustardmadelockers.

If you’re unsure about a website, close the page and contact us through mustardmade.com. Don’t use the email address, contact form or social links shown on the suspicious website, as these may also have been copied.

How can I tell if a website is fake?

Some fake websites are very convincing, but there are a few important things to check:

• Look closely at the website address. Our official website always ends in mustardmade.com. An address such as mustardmade-sale.shop or mustardmadeofficial.com would not be one of ours.
• Check the offer on our official website. Fake sites often use enormous discounts or “today only” offers to encourage you to act quickly. Any genuine Mustard promotion will also appear on mustardmade.com or our official social accounts.
• Check the account behind an advert. Look out for unfamiliar account names, recently created pages, very few genuine followers or handles that are similar to, but not exactly, @mustardmade (aside from TikTok, where we are @mustardmadelockers).
• Don’t rely on the photographs or wording. Fake sites can copy our product photography, product names, company story and contact details directly from our website.
• Don’t rely on the padlock symbol alone. It means the connection is encrypted, but it doesn’t confirm that the website or business is genuine.

If something doesn’t feel right, don’t continue through the checkout. Close the page and get in touch with us through our official website.

I think I’ve purchased from a fake website. What should I do?

If you’ve entered payment details or tried to make a purchase, act quickly:

• Contact your bank or card provider straight away. Tell them you entered your card details on a suspected scam website and ask whether the card should be cancelled or replaced.
• Report any payment you don’t recognise and ask your bank about disputing the transaction.
• If you created an account or reused a password, change that password anywhere else you use it. Turn on two-factor authentication where possible.
• Save the website address, screenshots, confirmation emails and payment information in case your bank or the relevant authorities need them.
• Report the website to your local scam or cybercrime reporting service.
• Send the website address to us at hello@mustardmade.com so our team can investigate and report it too.

Please don’t send us your complete card number, security code, passwords or one-time verification codes.

Is Mustard aware of these websites?

Yes. We’re aware of a number of websites copying Mustard and we’re working to have them removed.
We’re reporting them to domain registrars, hosting providers, search engines, advertising platforms and the relevant authorities. New sites can sometimes appear while others are being removed, so checking the website address is still the best way to protect yourself.
