Mustard were amazingly fast at sorting a replacement, posting me a returns label with a nice postcard, and sending a UPS guy to pick up the damaged locker. Honestly couldn't be happier with how they handled the situation so quickly and with such positivity, turning a disappointing situation into a pleasant experience, and I'm so delighted with my locker, which is absolutely beautiful. Incredible company and gorgeously designed product!
