Each character has a rare earth magnet strong enough to hold a greeting card. They have a premium matte finish + set in a custom typeface so they're practical + beautiful.

Important +
Wordbits contain small, strong magnets. They are not a toy + are intended for ages 14+.
Delivery +
The delivery cost will be based on your postcode and what you order. It is calculated at the checkout so add the items to you cart to get the shipping cost.

Shipping
Our products are shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
We use 'live quoting' which means you are charged accurately based on where you are, what you order + which carrier will give the best rate.
You will be sent confirmation of shipping + be able to track your delivery.
Please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.
The courier will be able to leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home (please let us know if this doesn't work for you immediately after purchasing + we can arrange a signed for delivery).
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery time
Please allow up to 1-3 working days for order processing in addition to the estimated delivery times.
During busy times please allow 1-10 days for your order to be dispatched.
Rural + Remote
If you are in a rural or remote area we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver to your chosen address you will be contacted + given a pick up location.
International Shipping
We only ship from Australia to Australian addresses as standard.

Pre Order
It's pretty exciting when we have new stuff on the way + we like to make sure you don't miss out on what you want! Pre order means you place the order now, for delivery in a little while.
The product will say 'pre order' in the description + also the expected dispatch date. We update these regularly so you'll know when to expect it.
You will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase then a shipping notification when it dispatches. Due to the high numbers of orders we ship when we do pre orders it may take a few days for the order to be collected and the tracking to start showing action! Nothing to worry about!
Of course, the world is quite unpredictable right now so we'll let you know if anything changes along the way. Shipping times are understandably slower than usual particularly inter-state, (we ship from Sydney.)
If you order ONLY pre order items - Your items will be sent when the stock arrives.
If you order pre order + in stock items - In order to save you additional shipping costs we will wait until everything is in stock, then send it all at once.
If you would like your in stock items sooner please put them through as a separate order
Returns
We are sure that you will love your Mustard Locker but if you change your mind we can accept a return within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened + has not been assembled. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we can not process a refund until we receive your returned item.
Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from www.mustardmade.com only. If you purchased from a stockist, please contact them directly.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Damage or defects
Each part of your locker is carefully created by passing the metal through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time there may be slight imperfections. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at hello@mustardmade.com and we will do our best to fix it.
Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!

Having an eager 6 year old in the house, a cleverly naughty boyfriend, an oblivious dog and a 4 year old only interested in the letter H is an interesting combination with these cute letters. All the charm of the letters from yesteryear, with the chic updated monochromatic colour scheme. I’m a mum with a big tick in the aesthetic column for these Wordbits!
