International Women's Day #ChoosetoChallenge

International Women's Day is celebrated every year on the 8th March. It is a day to both celebrate the achievements of women all over the world, and also recognise the continuing gender disparity in society and push for social, economic, cultural and political change. As a business owned by two women, International Women's Day felt important for us and we wanted to shout about it! We are choosing to celebrate women in business, our family, friends and wonderful team.

This year, the theme for International Women's Day is 'Choose to Challenge' because a challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day. We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. From challenge comes change, so let's all choose to challenge.

This challenge was our own fun way of celebrating this really special and important day, because every business led by a woman (or women!) is something to celebrate. We are so grateful that you continue to support our little female-led business and we hope that you will join us to celebrate all of the fantastic women you know, continue to support the female-owned businesses you love, and #choosetochallenge to combat gender bias and discrimination.
